It is with great regret that I inform you that Freezone will not be hosting it’s Mardi Gras Mixer tournament this year. We will, however be looking at alternatives later in the year, should Covid-19 restrictions ease and allow us to do so.
Personally, I have always looked forward to this tournament to start off the year and this will be the first time I have not had an opportunity to participate since moving to Sydney in 2006. The decision was not made lightly, but we had to put the health and safety of our members, players, officials and staff first.
Please “stay tuned” as restrictions change/ease , because the Freezone Board will be putting something on as soon as humanly possible.
