December 1 was World AIDS Day, and as part of Freezone’s support of ACON and their dedication to ending HIV, Stuart Mackay, Louis Eudo and Mark Bennett attended ACON’s Red Bingay last Thursday night. Just from one night of laughter, frivolity and our little table of 3 winning 2 games – ACON raised $1800 to help them combat stigma, indifference and discrimination against those who have HIV. ACON also works tirelessly to educate and support all people living in the LGBTI community throughout both rural and metropolitan parts of New South Wales.
The Red Ribbon Appeal is ACON’s annual fundraising appeal and I urge all those reading this to please donate what you can and hep ACON to continue to do their amazing, necessary and ongoing work.
